Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly, and most underrated agent of human change. – Bob Kerry

Hello! I’m Courtney
MS, LPC
A lot of times in my office and my own home. I think to myself, “Jesus take the wheel.” Often being a human is difficult, but then as a child toss in hormones…changing schools…learning independence it’s tough. I feel the best population is our youth, learning to grow, find their purpose, and explore boundaries.
It is such a joy and blessing to work in the space of the parents and children to guide and support growth. In particular, over the last 10 years, I have worked with anxiety, trauma, depression, divorce, eating disorders, ADHD, low self-esteem, and poor social skills. I would be so happy to help you and your family through this journey of life.
When I’m not in the office I enjoy running, reading, coffee, and any place with sunshine. I have four children at home, a super cute dog named Duke, and my husband of 14 years. My secret superpower is making two babies at once!
I fully support the Arkansas Razorbacks in all their seasons, both winning and losing.
