About Julie
I work primarily with couples and individuals who are willing to look honestly at what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is direct, engaged, and compassionate. I create a space that is emotionally safe—but not passive—where real conversations happen, patterns are named, and responsibility is shared.
Relationships don’t break down because of one bad moment; they unravel through repeated cycles of disconnection, avoidance, and unmet needs. In our work together, I help couples slow conflict down, understand their roles in these cycles, and take meaningful accountability for the ways they impact one another. This includes learning how to repair after hurt, rebuild trust, and stay emotionally present during difficult conversations.
I’m active in the room and honest about what I see. I will challenge defensiveness, call attention to stuck dynamics, and support you in doing the work of repair rather than blame. Whether working with a couple or an individual, my goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and the capacity to respond with intention—even when things feel messy or uncomfortable.
