Rebekah Gillis Smith
Hi, I’m Rebekah Gillis Smith
MS, LAC
Opening yourself to a stranger can be terrifying and taking that first step to come see a counselor takes courage. I honor your courage and want to walk alongside you through your counseling journey. I believe that counseling is a process and the only way we can get through that process is by building a relationship of honesty, trust, and safety. I tend to be straightforward with my clients while using methods of Experiential Therapy. I encourage each person to be honest with themselves to find the healing that is unique to them and their story.
In my free time I love walking with my husband and enjoying the peace of the outdoors. I also enjoy a good home project and working with my hands. However, my favorite times are getting together with my large, blended family for sporting events, holidays, or just because it’s a Tuesday.
