Hello! I’m Richard
MS, LPC
Everyone comes into counseling because they know something needs to change. My role in this process is to come alongside my clients to help them find their way out of a stuck place.
My focus will be in honest encouragement without pulling punches, while investigating patterns from the past and present that keep us stuck. Marital and individual therapy with adults of all ages is where my experience lies.
I’ve found that so often we are responding to our past in the present. This leads us to isolating ourselves from the very connections we crave and those that help us heal. My hope is that each client I see would walk away with a greater self awareness, a wealth of knowledge, and a number of resources to connect honestly with themselves and others.
