Relationship is key. Building trust and a good rapport in a therapeutic environment is a significant part of the therapeutic process. I am very goal oriented, and that’s how I assist my clients as well. I do not want to dwell on the past, rather set goals and focus on a brighter future. We have all been broken, seeking help and guidance sometimes is the hardest, first step. I have been licensed in Oklahoma since 2013, where I have primarily worked with children and their families. I have been licensed in Arkansas since 2017, when I joined the Fresh Roots family. I assist in areas such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, behavioral issues, women’s issues and self harm. I enjoy traveling, specifically to the beach, and Oklahoma State football!
